The published policy welcomes small and medium pets up to 11 kg (24 lb). It lists an additional pre-authorization of €250 per room or €520 per suite for departure deep cleaning; damage may lead to further charges. A pre-authorization is not the same as a confirmed final fee.

The terms require prior written approval. They describe possible acceptance of one dog under 6 kg per room, with a €50 nightly fee. Dogs have restricted dining and spa access and cannot be left alone or unattended when their owner is away.
